The equipment did not feel very well maintained. They also gave my entire group 2 lockers only, and charged us per person (9x 8 euro). Lockers had poor heating and we found wet shoes and clothes the next day.

Hello, I made internet reservations in 2 times because there was a bug in the program that did not allow me to reserve a snowboard. I thus made 2 downpaiements of 4,23 and 18,41€. Only one was deducted from my account. We rented 3 pairs of ski, 2 pairs of ski boots, 1 snowboard and 1 pair of snowshoes. The snowboard in the middle of our 2nd day fell in pieces (sad... we only had 2 days) and my son's feet were totally soaked (really the boots were full of water!) because the boots were not waterproof! The fact that I do not speak italian and that the employee (nice though) did not really care about our snowboard experience bad encounter does not encourage me to recommend Sportlifee.
