DIVING WORKSHOP

In our diving equipment maintenance department, the only one of its kind in Trentino Alto Adige, holding certifications that our engineers Enrico and Mattia have obtained from major companies such as Cressi, Scubapro, Mares, Technisub, Apeks, Aqualung, we can provide great service and excellent support. Our tank refill station is always in operation

Tank refills

We refill compressed air bottles (no mixtures) using our Nardi compressor ... .... a redundant filtration system capable of ensuring moisture and contaminant free air. Refills up to 200 bar. Tanks returned within 24 hrs. In exceptional cases also within 1 hr.

Tank inspection and assistance

"For the inspection of tanks we work with the authorized inspection center ""Diving technical center"" of San Donà di Piave, Tuv certified. All tanks are completely dismantled and subjected to a pressure leak test using hydro-pneumatic testing. Then they are washed and when needed sanded internally and externally to enable the technician to accurately inspect both the internal and external walls to look for cracks, corrosion or pitting. Only after passing the above mentioned checks will the tank be certified by the body responsible for testing. INSPECTION TIME 1 MONTH."

Tank valve inspection and assistance

For valve inspections, we use only original parts by the following brands: Cressi, Mares, Technisub. The work involves replacing various o-ring, teflon rings and valve plugs. To ensure a thorough job, the valve is then tested in and out of the water.

Regulator inspection and assistance

For the inspection of 1st and 2nd stage regulators we only use original kit from the following brands Cressi, Scubapro, Mares, Technisub, Apeks, Aqualung. Example of regulator kit: o-rings dynamic and static, 1 stage filter, valve plugs, membranes. Using our test area we guarantee the best stage 1 intermediate pressure calibration, and a stage 2 inhalation force. To ensure a thorough job the regulators are tested in and out of the water.

BCD inspection and assistance

For BCD inspection we only use original parts from the following brands Cressi, Mares, Scubapro, Technisub, Apeks, Aqualung. The work involves checking the watertightness, the control system and outlet valves. To ensure a thorough job, the regulators are tested in and out of the water.

Speargun inspection and assistance

For speargun inspection we only use original parts from the following brands Mares, Cressi, Omer. We inspect both pneumatic and band powered spearguns. The work involves checking PNEUMATIC air tank seal, bushing limit switch, the trigger, safe and quick lanyard release, replacement of rubber bands, replacement of rods and harpoons.

Torch inspection and assistance

For the inspection of new generation torches we rely directly on the parent companies: Mares, Technisub, Aqualung, Sculalight, Intova, older models are serviced directly by our technicians.

Wetsuit assistance

For our drysuit inspection we only use original parts from the following brands: Cressi, Scubapro, Mares, Technisub, (see inlet/outlet valve) and for replacement cuffs and collars the work is carried out by our technicians. Same procedure for repairing holes. For work involving neoprene and replacement zips we avail of the services of a leader in the industry. For semidry and wetsuits over and above the usual assistance we also offer a personalized service.

Dive computer assistance

For dive computer assistance and battery replacement, we use only original parts from the following brands: Cressi, Mares, Scubapro, Uwatec, Suunto. Assistance for other items: straps, protective screens, interfaces. For battery replacement the work involves changing the battery and replacing a closure seal, all tested in hyperbaric chamber. For some models Uwatec we rely directly on the parent company.
