INTRODUCTION
The company SPORTLIFEE S.R.L. whose headquarters are at 2 Via Maso Molini, 38010 Ruffrè-Mendola in the province of TRENTO - ITALY, hereinafter referred to as 'Supplier', owns the domains sportlifee.com ed sportlifee.it and is the provider of this online booking service subject to the conditions stated below.
The Supplier provides a booking service to users of the Website SPORTLIFEE, hereinafter referred to as "Customers", for the rental of sports equipment, hereinafter referred to as the "Rental", through shop network members, hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate Rental Centres", a list of which is also available on the Website. The Supplier receives each Customer Booking on the Website, in the name of, and on behalf of, its Affiliate Rental Centres, without thereby entering into any direct contractual relationship with the Customer.
These General Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as "GCS") have been prepared by the Supplier in the name of, and on behalf of, its Affiliate Rental Centres, with the purpose of regulating the contractual relationship between the latter and the Customer.
Confirmation by the Customer of their online booking implies full and complete acceptance of the GCS.
The Supplier reserves the right to modify the GCSs at any time. In the event of any changes, the GCS in force at the time of a booking will be applied to the said booking immediately the Customer confirms their booking in accordance with the procedures described herein.
CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY
This Policy supplements the General Rental Conditions and applies to bookings made online through the website www.sportlifee.com.
1. Booking Modification
1.1. The customer may request a modification of the booking by sending a written communication to
1.2. Requests for changes concerning dates, equipment category, size, or quantity are subject to the availability of equipment at the selected rental location.
1.3. If the requested modification is accepted:
- if it results in a higher amount, the customer must pay the difference;
- if it results in a lower amount, any refund will be governed by the applicable commercial conditions and the booked rate.
1.4. Once the booking has been registered, the addition of further items may require a new separate booking.
1.5. Modifications shall be considered effective only after written confirmation by Sportlifee.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Booking Cancellation
2.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Booking within 14 days from the date of booking confirmation and, in any case, no later than 3 days prior to the rental start date.
2.2. If withdrawal is exercised within the timeframe set out in Article 2.1 above, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of 100% of the total amount paid, excluding any ancillary costs, where applicable, such as activation fees, administrative fees, or other charges expressly indicated during the booking process.
2.3. After the above deadline has passed, no refund shall be due to the Customer.
2.4. Any promotions or special commercial conditions may provide more favorable terms than those above, including the possibility of a full refund up to the day before the start of the booking, if expressly indicated at the time of the offer or booking.
2.5. Collection of the booked equipment, if it occurs before the expiration of the withdrawal period, shall be deemed in all respects as a waiver of the right of withdrawal with reference to the booking made.
2.6. Withdrawal must be exercised within the above time limits by sending an email to
2.7. Upon receipt of a withdrawal notice correctly sent within the prescribed time limits, the parties shall be released from their respective obligations arising from the Booking.
2.8. Where due, the refund shall be made within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request, subject to the technical processing times of the payment systems.
3. Failure to Collect and Equipment Reservation
3.1. The booked equipment will be reserved for the Customer for 24 hours from the rental start date.
3.2. After this period, if the Customer has not collected the equipment, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sportlifee may rent the equipment to third parties.
3.3. In the event of failure to collect beyond the above term, no refund shall be due, unless a more favorable provision has been expressly communicated by Sportlifee.
4. Unavailability of Booked Equipment
4.1. If the booked equipment is unavailable, Sportlifee may provide equipment of equal or superior quality at no additional cost.
4.2. In the event of total unavailability of the booked equipment and inability to offer a suitable alternative solution, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the amounts actually paid for the booking.
5. Illness, Injury, and Other Impediments
5.1. Any requests for refunds or vouchers due to illness, injury, or other personal impediments may be evaluated by Sportlifee at its commercial discretion, subject to receipt of appropriate documentation.
5.2. Unless expressly provided otherwise by more favorable commercial terms, events such as bad weather, partial closure of facilities or slopes, transport delays, early departure, booking errors attributable to the Customer, or services purchased from third parties do not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.
6. Final Clause
6.1. This Policy forms an integral part of the General Rental Conditions published on the website www.sportlifee.com.

These General Rental Conditions govern the rental of products that can be booked and/or rented through the website www.sportlifee.com and at Sportlifee rental locations.
